I use Soft fins (04) when the conditions are side to side-off. They give me excellent handling on the wave and all the grip I need in my top turn. I also use them in more onshore conditions when it’s very windy, because they have better grip on the wave which is great when being overpowered.
Medium fins (02) are great all around fins that will work in almost every kind of conditions you can throw at them.
Hard fins (06) are great in onshore and light wind conditions where you want early planing and maximum lift from the fins.
